what is the statement? and how many layers into 1B would DC cap at? and after the revision, would still the writer be above the overvoid?

And for further context, Allen Adam clarifies that higher dimensional perspectives see lower dimensions as flat and how he could be basically interact with a lower dimensional world the same way he interacts with a comic book.
I honestly think if this statement is applied to just the Orrery of Worlds DC would be somewhere in the high 1-A range as wonderworld is consistently established as the upper limit of time and space with the rest of the cosmology behaving as conceptual levels beyond that.
I'm not sure for what they have planned for the Writer. However I know it's a downgrade as his tier being placed above the Overvoid makes no sense and lacks evidence.

You're right that a simple flat statement wouldn't imply they're infinitely more powerful. However if you read the scan it goes more in depth with how higher dimensions perceive lower dimensions with Allen Adam going over how he could basically interact with a lower dimensional world the same way he interacts with a comic book. Which does imply a degree of superiority.
