What AP would this be?

If there was a sword with an edge that's an atom thick, what AP would it have?

Blades cut by separating matter by wedging between the molecules. So an edge that's an atom thick should be able to cut through any form of material. However, this would be the work of the blade rather than the kinetic energy of the cut.

But even if a character with, say, Solar System level durability, got cut by it, the sword would still effortlessly glide through their body by severing the atoms in their body.

I'm either thinking Unknow because it doesn't use kinetic energy to deal damage, or Universe level, possibly even High Universe level from being able to cut through any material, regardless of how much energy would be needed to cut through it.

No AP value comes from this. This is simply Durability Negation and nothing else.

Ah, I forgot about Durability Negation. Thanks, so I guess the AP value would be Unknow then, and just add Durability Negation under its Powers and Abilities?

If no other feat exists, yes. Just make sure that anything that comes out of this isn't just unknown for all stats.
