I think it's just space-time manipulation and FTL for atk speed or combat speed.

Yeah, Space-Time manipulation makes sense. As for the speed, it's weird. Usually we treat movement that ignores the concept of distance as Immeasurable, but the wording makes it sound more like a FTL feat than anything.

Made a mistake in my original post, it's Immeasurable, whoops. Treating "ignoring the concept of distance" feats as Immeasurable has been a thing since before VSBattles even became a thing, Battler's a good example of that.
