What AP and speed is this?

I know I've been trying to buff Guardian Tales for a while now but this one is particularly interesting
Rue (The weredeer) takes down an entire fleet of falling airships in a single shot. Before she does this, Rue moves fast enough to appear as light initially (Not sure if SOL or FTL)
Edit: The clouds surrounding the town where this event happened were also gone afterwards
Nobody except characters referred to as "gods" such as prime Plitvice scale to her as she said her power is comparable to them

Does the speed look like FTL or SOL?

I don't think it's even SoL, she glows and flies, that's why she is seen a light.
Keep in mind that even being invisible to the eye is still subsonic, so I guess she ranges between it and supersonic at most, at least in my opinion, experts on calcs may have a different idea.
