Marvel and DC rules require 20 appearances to have a page, so the reader would need to have actively participated like this in at least 20 comics, and even then there might be some other restrictions I don’t know about, and the question of whether this actually qualifies as a specific character.
4th wall awareness for Flash is only based on Fate bestowing it, so unless it’s indicated to be permanent, it shouldn’t be used.

nah its not composite. And yeah, Doc Fate exists in New 52 and is different than his classic self.
