What ability is this? Phone

So, I doing a profile for a character, and she not actually human, she like a magical staff, and she can turn into a phone

Is there a specific ability to this, or I just chalk up to shapeshifting or transformation? How I list this?

Edit: Ok, the thing also can make herself a projector and have a UBS port

That'd be shapeshifting. While it is also transformation, shapeshifting is a lot more specific and this seems to be one of them.
