What Ability is Sustaining the Existence of Magic?

In Touhou, there are multiple species that, just by existing, allow for magic to exist across reality and be used by anyone. If those species disappear, magic disappears as well and can no longer be used. What ability is this? Concept hax, maybe?

It literally is as simple as "magic can be used while they exist, and if they stop existing then magic can't be used". Wish there was more context tbh

Well you might get more powers based on what magic is supposed to be in that verse, since they support the existence of magic, they might get powers if magic is something abstract or conceptual or whatever. Otherwise they just get Magic and Power Bestowal.
