This is a good move, and it should make him pretty mad in addition to the damage it does. But because of his battle style he’ll be forced to run through it or around it, likely holding his arms up as cover

That would be a pretty good attack, Airbu would feel the electric effects on his muscles once contact is made. I don’t think it would beat him but it may be a method of incapacitation a bit later on.

One of them is a silly joke character who's never been shown in an actual fight, while the other is a skilled martial artist and serial killer. All of Javen's abilities are solely for gags and are never shown to be useful in a fight, with his electricity manip requiring him to charge up and physically touch Airbu, at which point the latter can one-shot him even without dura neg, and being incompetent in terms of using his webs. Even if Javen gets a lucky static electricity hit in, Airbu can just power through and one-shot him. This looks stompish to me.
