Rules:

1) Speed is equal.

2) Aang starts off in base (Season 3) and can go into the avatar state.

3) Post time-skip Weiss is being used, she also has access to summons.

4) If Avatar state makes this a stomp in favor of Aang, then Weiss starts off bloodlusted while Aang is in-character.
