My vote goes to the T-1000. Even if Weapon XI is faster there really isn't any damage he can do that will last. As the T-1000 is smarter, I put the odds on him to figure out a way to win before Weapon XI does.

well... XI has a massive speed advantage, a fairly large AP advantage (i think.), can teleport, has adamantium blades, optic blasts, and most importantly tech manip. so i reluctantly vote for shitty DP.

Wouldn't the blades be less effective on liquid metal?

And how good is Weapon XI's tech manip? There's no instance of it ever using it in-battle, apart from receiving Stryker's orders.

the blades may be less effective but its still adamantium so they´d probably do something.

in truth i didnt even know he had tech manip untill i looked at his profile. so now that i think about it, it would probably be horrible. but the rest still stands.

Looking at the calcs for their AP, (unless I am reading them wrong) XI is physically x8-10 stronger with his blades treating that like butter and no selling it. Guy basically blitzes, can't be harmed and would one shot if not for that regen but can just optic blast to turn him into slag when his blink spam fails. Baraka stomps big time.
