Like Saikou said, it's not a cave. By entering the cave, coming back and leaving, it triggers an event in which KILLS everything, aka it's something in the cave, not the cave itself.

I mean, it bypassed 343's curse, and 343 is an infinitesimal avatar of The All-Mighty, who transcends the High-Elder Gods. So the precedent for 2935 at least bypassing Scarlet King+ level beings is already set.

@Kep What i mean is the Scarlet King likely has two 1-B keys, one where he is IMMENSELY weaker that the Brothers and one where he's stronger than them. Given that it killes Leviathans, it is likely referring to the weaker one as the stronger one is above Death itself.

Well, even a weakened Scarlet King can cow THK in submission, who equals gods such as Yaldabaoth and Mekhane. So he does have some good 1-B feats while relatively weakened.

The weakened Scarlet King is weaker to than the Brothers to the point where he was stated to have power that, when compared to the Brothers Death, is like comparing a worm digging in the dirt to the whole of creation. And this was when he was powerful enough to dwarf Low Gods in power by an immense amount.
