Yeah, I know, that's what I'm saying, even if the Thought is physically weaker, he can make up for it with his hax, The Authority is just weak and that's it, so, yeah, I think he's the weaker Tier 10.

weakest character for is tier?

Weakest Low 2-Cs are Yuno Gasai, Yukiteru, TTG Raven, Doctor Doof and Fusion Zamasu
The first three are glass cannons who get lawnmowed by any competent character in their tier.
Doof is the same, but has the added 'bonus' of only being Low 2-C due to his best inventions malfunctioning.
And Fusion Zamasu is literally just Giygas or Pennywise (he even lost to the latter) minus any of their good hax. In other words, he's quite possibly the least powerful Non-Corporeal character in the entire tier.
