not sure Magikarp counts as a good matchup considering he sorta got destroyed since he lacks any way of dealing with pulseman though

There are One Piece characters who are very high into Large Building level, a couple of baseline 8-Bs from Dreamworks, and I suppose KFP3 Po could work too.

If those don't work you could try 8-Bs from the tournament?

Monster Hunter is 20.2 Tons. Enter the Gungeon is like 15 Tons at peak.

I might try. But Gunvolt is a no, he can do basically everything Pulseman can do and more, there's nothing to discuss.

Dark Souls is also low 8-B territory, though I dunno where exactly (IIRC less than 20 tons).
