The cast of Echoes/Gaiden is comparable to a guy named "Saber", which must mean they scale to Nasuverse characters with the Saber Class, this is further supported by his use of swords and the Apotrope Skill, which is essentially Magic Resistance

In Fire Emblem, fodders can have the classes "Berserker", "Lancer", "Assassin", "Archer", as well as classes that can ride atop a mount which are absolutely Riders, magic classes which totally means Casters, and even a sword wielding class which ALSO has resistance to magic (with someone of this class even going by the name of "Saber")

A Goomba can kill Mario. Mario of which is capable of stomping Super Dimentio. Goombas are now Multiverse level. Koopas scale and become 2-B as well. Even if you take the hogwash that "he had to use the shiny hearts to beat him and you need insert hacks to add goombas to the fight" let me tell you now: His mustaches did the actual work. It just woke up and caused the silly clown jester thing to lose his invincibility.
In fact let's just upgrade the whole Marioverse to at least 2-B. But even if you won't accept this logical scaling they're all capable of beating Tabuu which makes them all at least Low 2-C, from the most pathetic toad to the King Koopa himself.

Bowser can easily defeat Shadoo and tank all his attacks
BUT WAIT!!!! Dimentio stated he was going to destroy all worlds. This would have to include the Infinite Glacier stage in Super Smash Bros, which as the title implies, is clearly infinite in size.
Bowser cannot harm these glaciers by any means. So these are infinite glaciers each with 2-B durability, and Dimentio was going to destroy it all.
2-A Dimentio is now confirmed
However Bowser is once again stronger than Shadoo who is stronger than Dimentio. So this goes back.

Fireballs can hurt Bowser though. Boos on the other hand cannot get harmed by Fireballs.

There are also Boos that come from the "Paranormal dimension ." This is obviously is referring to a spacial dimension which would have to be at least beyond the 4th one since we surpassed that long ago.
But in that exact same game there other portals that lead to things called "Mini Dimensions ."
This is multiple dimensions besides the Pranormal one. Let's lowball this and say there were only two extra dimentions after the at least 5th dimension.

Since Boos are ghosts, these other ghosts should obviously be comparable to them.
