Raiden Mei is likely going to become a solid Low 1-A soon but I'm kinda interested to know what Wally West can even do against Honkai Energy. And equalising speed is like taking away your heart for the Flash (yeah ik, Raiden would get blitzed to oblivion if speed wasn't equalised by the time this thread was created).
