AP Scaling:

Soldier Boy's AP scales to ~ Homelanders durability (here) for being able to harm him and being comparable to Queen Maeve who tanked SBs nuke and made HL bleed.

Dynamight scales to this while his Howitzer impact seems to be roughly 3× more powerful judging by this (which was done in the prior arc, so it's likely more powerful than that feat now) also he's comparable to Deku (Dynamight is capable of killing U.A beginnings base Deku).

I can't wait to see arguments, SB has the clear experience and LS advantage but Dynamight has the mobility and range advantage.

Bakugo beats the shit out of him.

He can’t do anything about Bakugo spamming explosions in his face or blasting him with shots from afar. If he tries to adapt, Bakugo stun grenades and just stays out of his combat range with tens of meters wide blasts that SB can’t block or tank forever.

LS and cqc is irrelevant considering Bakugo’s fighting style. He’d just fly circles around SB while blasting him at the same time, eventually cooking him with a Howitzer Impact if he even needs it.

Soldier Boy's shield would help him block some explosions from afar, but Bakugou has some AOE stuff that would still encapsulate his entire body in the explosion (it might also melt in the fight depending on how hot his explosions are). He should also be more skilled and have more experience against people on his own level (Even if SB had actual soldier training before becoming super).
His main wincon here would be grabbing Bakugou and then enduring until he can explode on him, wich would be hard.
