Monika having 10-B dura is pretty much meaningless with her abilities. Non-Corporeal, namely. Existed after her existence was erased.
Additionally, speed is not equalized. So we have infinite speed versus non-infinite.

Anybutt. As I said, even if they could harm her, doesn't matter. Monika is infinitely faster. With speed unequalized (as of Black's current ratings), Monika can do everything in the world and make it seem like something infinitely faster than a nanosecond. Plot Manip, Universe Destruction, the whole thing.
