W.D. Gaster Vs Tet (No Game No Life)

The abilities of Gaster's that seem most relevant:
Powers and Abilities: Acausality, Nonexistent Physiology (Physical and Mental), Non-Corporeal, Immortality (Type 5, due to his nature as both existing and not existing simultaneously), Omnipresence, Spatial Manipulation (Created a new room between two points that were previously right next to each other, and erased it afterward), Possibly Void Manipulation (Possibly completely erased one of his followers)
Also, this is mentioned in Gaster's speed: (Gaster is apparently shattered across all time and space, being everywhere and nowhere as he is stuck in limbo, forced to observe a world where everything goes on without his memory)
The abilities of Tet's that seem most relevant:
Powers and Abilities: Abstract Existence (Type 2, likely Type 1; Is the physical embodiment of the concept of games), Immortality (Type 1 & 8; His existence is dependent on the belief in the concept of games), Reality Warping (upon claiming the Star Grail, he altered the landscape and atmosphere of Disboard. Superior to the Old Deus, who are capable of creating landscapes with a wave of their hand. Creation and Destruction is as he pleases), Law Manipulation (Created the inviolable Ten Oaths that govern the world of Disboard), Nigh-Omniscience (Can see the past, present, and future, but chooses to reject true omniscience), Creation, Existence Erasure (Creation and Destruction is as he pleases. Created and erased furniture before), Space-Time Manipulation (The past and future is as he pleases. Can also warp and manipulate space), Conceptual Manipulation (Type 4; He can manipulate observation and definitions), Acausality (Type 5; Time and the metaphysical cause and effect are meaningless to him), Higher-Dimensional Existence, Resistance to Time Manipulation and Causality Manipulation (It is said that Time and Causality is meaningless to him)
So the question becomes: What can either of them do to each other?
Does Type 4 Conceptual Manipulation work on Gaster? What about Tet's potency of Law Manipulation or Existence Erasure?
Can Gaster do anything to a Type 2/1 Abstract Existent with Type 8 Immortality, & Acausality Type 5?

Transcends him? Aren't Gaster & Tet both Unknown Tier? Also, do any of Gaster's abilities work on that level? Void Manipulation?
& as I asked earlier, can TET affect Gaster? Gaster is apparently Acausal, Noncorporeal, Nonexistent, & Type 5 Immortal (For being existent & nonexistent both at once.),

Such transcension allows Tet to defeat practically or entirely non-existent entities?

I'd assume Gaster has a profile since he does seem to have some known history & possible abilities, & is a somewhat reputable character.

Not in the main story, but there are pieces of official content in UT that give details to his history, characterization & actions, aren't there?
I'm unsure how he would fight, but we are able to index characters, especially those with enough notability to their abilities, aren't we?
If you really abhor his profile so much, maybe make a CRT? This is a Versus Thread.
