Venom has no resistance to Death, Mind, Pain or Curse Manipulation, and Venom is weak to fire, so Fiendfyre would presumably work well, alongside the three Unforgivable Curses. However, Voldemort's an extremely arrogant fighter who is prone to make tactical mistakes. Venom also has a similar weakness with his mental instability, though.

Voldemort could realistically use Legillimency on Venom to know his moves and some of his weaknesses and would possibly follow up with Fiendfyre. Either Voldemort then gloats, in which case Venom could win, or if he understands the threat his opponent is to him (more likely due to already rummaging through his head), would Crucio Venom into submission then Avada Kedavra.

My vote goes to Voldemort.

Or take total control of him with Imperio and gain a really useful minion.
That too XD I can only see Venom winning if Voldemort succumbs to arrogance and pride and ends up gloating long enough for a plan to come together in the Symbiote's head, which hinges on Venom not regressing into 'lethal predator' mode, and on Voldemort not being constantly aware of what's going on in Venom's mind due to his Mind Reading.

Of course, Voldemort gloating extensively was exactly the sort of distraction that Harry needed in order to defeat (or at least repel) him in both the Department of Mysteries and in the Battle of Hogwarts (going off the films, that is)

Yeah, but do you think Voldemort is Arrogant enough to gloat to Something he knows will destroy his current body if he's not extremely careful? Because he might be arrogant, but he's not stupid.

Yes, if he knows that he has a decisive advantage over his opponent, like when he possessed Harry in the DoM or believed Harry to be dead in the Battle of Hogwarts: Since he's assumed to have already mind-read Venom, he is aware of at least some of his weaknesses and by the time he's gloating has already exploited one of them to presumably great effect, and would therefore be winning the fight by a wide margin - it would be in character for him to gloat at this point. However, you are correct, Voldie isn't stupid at all, but on his page he is stated to be "prone to poor tactical decisions due to his obsessions and arrogance, leading him to often perform glaring missteps for no good reason". So while my vote remains with Voldemort, it's contingent on if the Dark Lord taunts/gloats over Venom. If he doesn't, he wins. If he does, Venom could win.
