So I saw all those 3-C/4-B/789-R battle royales and thought why not do one with a theme instead of tiers. All the combatants must be villains, doesn't matter if they're serious or comical, and all stats will be equalised so that the selection won't be limited to a single tier, and so far I got Bowser and Ganondorf. I'm kinda tired so I'm having trouble thinking of more than them at the moment, so give me characters to add to the fray.

Saying X person is more powerful than X opponent doesn't make sense if ALL stats are equalized.
