Light Manipulation (here)

Should have varies rating instead of straightforward High 6-A since its not shown that he uses High 6-A energy in all his attacks and those who have been hit by it would have to scale to that which no one should scale to his High 6-A so he should have Varies up to High 6-A with absorption since his High 6-A feat was from him absorbing lots of sound energy

Durability feats: should 9-A with shield, defense attack from tank (here)

Lifting Strength: should Class K Viktor Hargreaves moves a lake (this calc)

Striking Strength: should 9-C Viktor Hargreaves punch Alison Hargreaves with his physical and can draw blood from that punch

Viktor completely crumbling down the Umbrella Academy Estate (Season 1)

All these should be for his low end of his AP

Allison kicking down a metal door (Scales to her powers - Season Four)

idk about limited cloth manip, i think its just light manipulation or whatever bc shes just changing the colors of her suit n also the violin

other than the fact that the class k calc needs to be accepted first, everything else looks good

Should preferably show evidence of inconsistent usage of energy, but sure, I'm fine with this in concept.

I hesitantly accept the stat changes (I have approved the LS calc, acknowledging that it is probably a bit off- maybe 25% above where it ought to be). AP may be a bit generous but I'll still accept it for now.
