Superman Post Crisis
I really like Supes, so I'm giving him his own little versus thread. He will fight several heroes and villains from fiction, both from his and others.
The True Hero of DC takes on various Tier 4 Characters (and a few tier 5's)
Rules: Each of these battles is a seperate match, as in if he loses the first round he isn't eliminated. We can add these to their pages if enough votes are in favor of the winning character, be it Superman or otherwise. Also be careful to note the scenario of each battle as it may or may not influence the combative preferences of various characters. Also note which incarnation of Superman is used as occasionally I'll switch it from Post-Crisis to another version.
Battle 1: Luke Skywalker vs New 52 Superman.
Scenario: At one point, the New Republic discovered Planet-1, AKA Earth, and with some help from a certain hero, united the population and worked it into the space-age quickly thanks to humanities first-time ever total collaboration,

allowing them to accomplish many miracles. One day the leader of a group of mystics invited Superman to their temple on a planet very similar to Earth's cities. Superman happily obliged but was then challenged to a sparring match for the sake of fun.
Fight takes place in the Jedi Temple, and it's a friendly spar. For this battle we are assuming that Superman's body can resist lightsaber blows (It likely could, given he has a dense structure like most lightsaber-resistant materials), but it would eventually cut through. This is EU GM Luke who will encounter much resistance against Supes mind (resists Martian Manhunter, a comparable telepath), and the match is a friendly spar to the tap-out. Speed equalized
Battle 2: EU Dark Empire Darth Sidious vs New 52 Superman.
Scenario: Eventually Superman encountered the leader of what was widely considered the leader of the terrorist counterpart of the mystical order Superman had met, also known as the Sith Order.

This time he is bloodlusted and willing to utterly destroy this sick bastard. Before the fight he destroys any ship on the planet. Everything else from round 1 applies. Fight takes place in the death star, but this time it is to the death. Superman has some assumed hax resistance via verse equalization'
Round 3: Post-Crisis Wonder Woman vs Superman
Diana Prince, AKA Wonder Woma
Scenario: None needed, let's settle this here and now. Fight is to the KO but both are bloodlusted and the fight takes place in the mountains of Mordor.
Round 4: Terrax vs Superman
Scenario: After Surfer quit, the starving Galactus has sent his 2nd strongest Herald to conquer Earth.

He lands in Metropolis and starts killing civilians. Superman appears and tells everyone to run. He then challenges Terrax
to a duel for Earth. Superman is determined to put this villain down for good after seeing the tears of various relatives and loved ones of the murdered, and Terrax will do the same. Despite his power advantage, Superman is somewhat handicapped by the presence of innocent humans, limiting his options. Speed is equalized and the fight is to the death.
Round 5: Mega Man X vs Superman
Mega Man X, usually known as X
Scenario: After being saved from Lex Luthor by a powerful and friendly android calling itself X, Superman invites him to the
JLA
as the newest member, welcoming his new robotic friend. He challenged X to a friendly duel in the form of a contest of heroes. X suggests fighting on the moon where there is no life, and Superman wholeheartedly agrees. They fight on the Moon. X will not use a time stop for fairness, but everything else is fair game. Fight is to the friendly knockout.
Round 6: Hulk vs Superman
The Hulk
Scenario: You knew this was coming. One day a savage enraged beast of a man started destroying various countries. Batman has straight up begged him to fight the Hulk, after being crippled by this savage in combat. Knowing the risk of such a powerful
and mindless beast (Doomsday), he finds this beast and skips the talk, giong straight to the fight. Fight takes place in a leveled city and it is to the knockout or death. Hulk is enraged (4-B) and Superman is aware of his reputation.

PS: What did you think of each scenario? I find them fun to write, and this is how I think they would fight if it was a real story. Do you think this is how it would go?
