Since it was closed before this got added you're fine. The threads needs no changing. Don't go through the trouble of doing something about the thread. There are thousands of wrong threads on the wiki, this is for future threads, not past threads.

Let FRA have it's own thread pls, let's just agree on the addition of the "grace period" part first. As soon as this gets done a thread for FRA would be nice.

Maybe the FRA thing should just be slightly more specific, like X character for X users reasons. It doesn't need to get more complicated than that.
