It isn't tailor made but Tower of God had some very peculiar scaling consistencies before it was revised and it still has some. Examples being "Irregulars" having irregular acausality and there was a certain level of consistency with a character who had percentage scaling. The pace at which the character's tier improves is also somewhat consistent.
Season 1 tops out at Low 7-C. Next season is 7-C, then an arc later High 7-C then it gets doubled and then it gets a feat that is 2x above the doubled High 7-C, becoming Low 7-B, then after training the characters become 7-B and then finally the consistency falls off and the characters ascend to Low 6-B...but then it goes to 6-B, higher 6-B, a near 6-B+ feat, higher 6-B+ and then High 6-B. Finally, the god tiers become 6-A cause of a feat, however the character who is unbeatable by the 6-A's has their own High 6-A feat.

So essentially ir is very consistent with the ratings, but not specifically made for battleboarding, it just feels very consistent.

Anyways, yeah, verses where a character keeps getting powers from other characters easily gets out of hand for battlevoarding purposes.
