It takes a little bit more then that to get absorbed. Jotaro punched him and was basically fine for several minates. This is really a question of "Can Venom punch Rubber himself to death before being absorbed and without punching Yellow Temperance since it's dura is way higher then his AP?"

Yellow Temperance's absorption is slow, but his durability ensures that he'll be fine with blocking hits from Venom for a while. Venom can't counter-absorb due to Stand physiology.

I'm almost inclined to call this a stomp really.

Yellow Temperance is clearly a bound stand. Otherwise, Rubber wouldn't look like Kakyoin to that kid that was with the Crusaders for a bit.
