I feel like since Venom's whole thing is that he's stronger than Spidey, he might win since he has more quantifiable Spidey scaling; he's able to beat the hell out of him to the point where he thinks Eddie could kill him while Dracula's best feat is Strange saying Spidey would have been "doomed" if he was at full power.

is dunking on Colossus but that wasn't accepted is casually overpowering and killing Xarus, who in turn is notably stronger than Blade who scales to Spider-Man. Don't think Venoms AP advantage is too notable.
I'd say Dracula's best feat

How much stronger than Blade is he and how much does he scale to Spidey? Can he kill him?

Xarus is stronger than Blade to the point of being able to pretty easily overpower him even after losing several limbs, and Blade from what I can tell is pretty much even to Spidey. And unless Spidey has some secret ability that prevents anyone below a certain level of strength from outright killing him then yeah no reason he shouldn't be able to kill him.

Dracula seems to be a good deal stronger than Blade but it doesn't look like he could kill him easily. I still think Venom's regen is better. Dracula's feat of ripping out Xarus' head is something he can only do at close range and is not equal to his punching strength, so I think Venom could just regen from those attacks and eventually kill Drac
