What happens is that DBS had a statement saying that Beerus and Champa fighting could destroy Universe 6 and 7, and both are Low 2-C, so going by this, 2X Low 2-C = 2-C, but that only works for Dragon Ball Super lore rules
If we take this seriously here, then Vegeta is weaker than a 2X Low 2-C, while Urizen can one shot people, who one shot people, who stomp people who are above baseline, would be a even greater ap difference between them
