...huh. Alright, let me see.

God:

  • Cosmic Awareness is actually super powerful considering D&D's precognition, this evens the playing field nicely
  • Nigh-Omniscience means an intelligence advantage
  • Fate manipulation is a viable win condition
Vecna:

  • Probability hax means every action he takes has the highest possible chance of success
  • Various hax allow him to pretty much instantly incap
  • God doesn't even resist basic stuff like BFR
  • Regen advantage boyes
Verdict:

So, what we know here is that God can manipulate fate in their favor. The issue with that is D&D resists fate hax. So in turn I must ask, how well does God resist mindhax? I believe Vecna takes this anyways, but I'd like to know that.

What volume of people can the Devil mindhax?

Then Vecna can mindhax. Even demon lords can dictate the actions of entire species that span the multiverse.

Even so, they should not be so superior that Vecna cannot downscale from their mindhax.
