She got upscaled to 200+ Universe recently, she was 4 at the time of the match and it was Zamasu who scale to 3

She can activate it at the beginning of the fight and nullify the opponent's abilities, and overtime she drains the opp's power

Vampus' is passive and doesn't need to be activated due to it's nature as Chaos Matter. Also, is it a starting move? because from the clip in the profile it seems like it's in the middle of a fight.

Also it is worthy mentioning that a starting move from Vampus from the get go is Freezing Gunner, an attack < Absolute Zero. So if he uses that it's pretty much over, specially given from the looks that he's more skilled than her in combat.
