Okay, so these guys have fairly similar feats, plus they have similar ways of hunting. Both the Vampire Plant and the Anaconda are, well, ambush predators. The vampire plant had choked a man to unconsciousness before. As for the anaconda... Hmm... While Burmese and Reticulated Pythons have eaten goats and sheep, only the latter had been known to eat humans. Of course considering the anaconda is similarly sized to those pythons and heavier than both pythons, I would imagine an anaconda should be capable of at least choking a human to death, although eating one might be a different story.

There are some things that may make things difficult for both the vampire plant and the anaconda. The vampire plant seems to require the assistance of its vines to hunt its prey while the anaconda is a much better hunter under water than it is on land. Somebody fill me in on the former.

For their conditions, let's start our competitors in their favored hunting environments: the Vampire Plant on land and the Anaconda in the water.
