Vader boost to 4-B?

I heard Vader was 8/10 the strength of Sidious from somewhere. Would that make Vader be 4-B or not? I'll try to find some proof about this statement thats not from quora.

It's WoG, which usually isn't taken as gospel unless backed by feats. Fortunately, we have some

1. Vader tanks Palpatine's full-force lightning for several seconds, and survives the damage done for several minutes before succumbing to it early of his own volition

2. Stronger at his peak than Dooku, who at separate points fought Mace Windu and Yoda in serious fights, both of whom are 4-B

This has been rejected so many times that I'm pretty sure we have a rule against it. Look at it this way, both Luke and Galen Marek managed to beat Vader. One of them was reduced to a screaming, begging mess by Palpatine and the other one was blown sky high without as much as a scratch on Sidious.

But we do have feats stated above that put him at 4-B. And WoG is used in the Fathers profile as the strongest force user ever so why can't it be used here?

1- Palpatine's lightning was intended to torture Luke, not to instantly kill Vader. And he died later because the electricity damaged his cybernetics.

2- That's considered an outlier since Dooku also has trouble fighting some of the 5-B characters from the era, which he's most consistently seen doing.

Thankfully. This isn't the first time 4-B Vader has been brought and probably won't be last.

1. Before he was thrown in the abyss Sidious turned his lightning on Vader. If he was gonna die wouldn't he use his full strength to try and stop him? Also in his profile it says it was his full power.

2. That's fair, but he still fought Yoda and did well enough to escape.

1. Going by the material I know that covers that scene from RoTJ, Vader only tanked a few moments of lightning before throwing Sidious, which even if it was at "full power" (which doesn't makes sense), wouldn't be enough to one-shot Vader. The justification from the profile seems wrong and it only uses a Narutoforums post to justify the "prolonged exposure at full power" thing, and said post isn't loading for me to verify.

2. Still an outlier.

Also refrain from quoting large portions of text please.

He had the potential to be the strongest

Also Vader willingly died. He maybe could have lived if he kept his helmet on.
He died "willingly" because he was finally at peace and back to the light side after saving his son. His cybernetics were heavily damaged, even though he survived worse, he would've still died anyways if he didn't received new cybernetics and treatment.
