Because V has his own version of deadeye that lasts 18 seconds(using legendary variant).

Skippy’s smart aiming automatically target’s heads too and V can just cross the distance and slice Arthur’s head off.

I’d say equal,probably a bit better since it can be spammed more than Deadeye can

Played two games and think V has a better shot with their abilities. Considering V's peak equipment and all their abilities, they have an edge both close quarters and medium to long range. Not to knock down Arthur, but V has a lot more going for them even if a majority of their abilities (quick hacking, emp, etc.) can't be used here.

Both got Percep hax so it really is down to just a test of abilities, which honestly, V scales 4 times above plus their larger arsenal that definitely makes them a bigger threat regardless of distance
