Well overall number 2 match would be very interesting and a close call, very evenly match. I might tellyou why later.

The thing is that overall. If you look at their powers right.

Both has hax

Both are massively FTL

Both has extra power-ups

Uriel has more firepower (slightly) BUT Dark Lightning Coeus has better power-ups or better astral and physical enhancement abilities.

So I do think for 3, Dark Lightning Coeus can win, even if he can't destory universes it's IRRELEVANT, he has Keraunos and Keraunos is broken and he can use Thundar Star Rotation and Dark Thunder Planet to help him fight aswell and those 2 techs are overpowering aswell

A One seal titan created a universe pretty easily in chapter 48 of episode g iirc and titans were both nerfed by the seals of zeus and their sister who manipulated their memories and power.
