Upper end/Most impressive Tier 4 AP feats/calcs

Periodically, I tend to get preoccupied with oddly specific stuff in the wiki. Like characters fitting the secondary qualification for High 2-A, the most bizarre way one could qualify for a very high end 4D High 3-A via feats, the lowest tier character with immeasurable speed, whether or not there are any characters with MFTL+ Infinite and Immeasurable speed keys, whether there are any with 3-A High 3-A and Low 2-C keys, lots more but ya get the point.

Anyway, so recently I've been playing around with calcs and stuff like what would be required to bust the most massive known star at a given distance, weird ways to get to the max value within 4-B, stuff like that.

So yeah, anyone knowledgeable on feats in the real upper ends of the tiers within tier 4? Feats through odd means or that look amazing in whatever medium they're in are very welcome too

Iirc the Fundamentals from DotA have the highest numerical value for 4-B, with warhammer beating them out for being borderline 4-A

Sailor Moon is up there. She is 2 TeraFoe with her second strongest attack and she receives a power boost afterwards, so she should be pretty near to baseline 4-A

Amaterasu(Okami) has a 1.59 gigaton calc as an extreme lowball
