Upgrading Cassis Worm's Reaction Speed and Freeze Ability

In a previous thread, due to inconsistencies in source material, I asserted that Freeze was a high-speed ability rather than time stop. I'm revising that assessment.

In episode 41 of Kamen Rider Kabuto, Cassis Worm, while battling Hyper Kabuto, reacted to and countered Hyper Clock Up with his Freeze ability

Hyper Clock Up is an ability that transcends time itself, allowing the user to move through all of spacetime (past, present, and future). Even in its debut episode, Hyper Clock Up demonstrated its ability to travel backwards through time by saving Gattack/Kagami Arata from destruction by a Worm, changing a future that had already occurred. Kabuto's profile on VSBW also acknowledges Hyper Clock Up as having immeasurable speed.

=> Cassis Worm can react to immeasurable speed and uses time stop to achieve that speed. Therefore, he can arguably be considered to have immeasurable reaction speed and possess layered time stop .

Immeasurable reactions speed should be fine. Cassis' Time Stop would be layered given he is outright freezing HCU Kabuto rather than removing his resistance.

Hold on, you need more approvals first.

Typically for CRTs you need a few approvals and at least 2 to 3 mod approvals depending on the significance of the revision.

I have an issue with immeaurable speed. I think layered time stop is fine, but isn't it inconsistent for the Worm to have immeasurable reactions? Haven't seen the movie but does he get tagged by regular Riders?

From what I remember, Cassis Worm Dimidius (his first form) was always depicted as way faster than anyone who isn't Hyper Kabuto, who was the one to defeat him. This would only apply to Dimidius while Gladius and Clipeus wouldn't.

During his time in the Dimidius form (episodes 41-42), he easily overwhelmed all the Zecter Riders, suggesting that the attacks they landed on him weren't necessarily attacks he needed to dodge (except for finishing moves). The only Rider who was truly on par with him was Hyper Kabuto, and the only time he was hit by an unavoidable attack was due to Hyper Kabuto using a trick within his Hyper Shooting to catch him off guard.
Regarding later episodes, due to his regenerative abilities, it seems his next two forms are no longer on par with his Dimidius form, being easily matched or even surpassed by other Zecters Riders.
