It is implied that the damage is done by Sumeragi and the sword Ganglari, but the Dawn Dragon statue is intact during the transformation cutscene and is suddenly destroyed once the chapter begins, meaning it was destroyed in Corrin's explosion, along with the rest of the town as the Ganglari explosion had only killed a few citizens and Mikoto, and little damage to the town itself was actually done
BUT
This is in Shirasagi Castle Town, explicitly called a TOWN on the map and when labeled as such in cutscene
This should also scale to Sumeragi, as he canonically battled Dragon Corrin
As for all of the main cast surviving said explosion, that is most likely PIS and should not scale to them
This is also the only canon appearance of Dragon Corrin, and shouldn't really be an outlier as it never appears in the story ever again
This is also in the capital of Hoshido, being right next to Castle Shirasagi
