I personally feel like it’d be safer to not scale the Sacred Timeline characters to What If…? without explicit confirmation, but I don’t feel too strongly about it either way.

Mark me as neutral, leaning disagree ig.

The episode has inconsistent scaling chains. Party Thor is based off Thor 1, who got affected by a much weaker feat. This Thor scaled to 6-B CM
Looks like the thread is closing but I wanted to say that there is no inconsistent scaling chain here

1. Party Thor has a completely different backstory to 616 Thor
2. It's a different Cap Marvel to the one that appears in the Ultron universe
3. Cap marvel was holding back
4. Party Thor also had something similar to 616 Thor's awakened state

I already said that Captain Marvel should potentially get a varies tier (Depending on his we see his fight while holding back again)

Large Island Level when holding back, Country level at full power.

The only significant difference was that he grew up an only child, which pretty much only affected his personality
Party Thor wasn't going all out either. He didn't take the first fight seriously and was pretty much playing around. Even then, he still harmed her with his attacks. It was the second confrontation that both were truly about to go all out before Frigga's intervention

Either way, this thread is probably gonna be closed, so there's not much point arguing further

The Captain Marvel in the What If universe got her powers from a much more powerful Tesseract which is pretty much an infinity stone which is shown to be more powerful in this timeline than in the main timeline.

Disagree FRA

The infinity stones in the what if universe are equal in power to the ones in the main timeline, as according to what was stated in Loki.

The reason Thanos gets At least 3-A rather than straight up Low 2-C is because we don't know if Thanos could use the full power of the stones like Ultron could.

I think Thanos should get straight up Low 2-C but whatever

Clearly not considering his fight with Cap Marvel and his awakened state

The writer's of the ep had Carol say she held back and had Maria confident in killing Thor with a nuke but not Cap Marvel. They didn't do the same for Thor.

Mjolnir hit her in the head once from the back and then Thor sent her flying to England after distracting her. Cap Marvel was no selling all of his other attacks after that for the rest of the fight

True

Where is this shown?

The only significant change in Party Thor's past was growing up alone. Because of that, he started to become more laid back, irresponsible and immature than his main self. That wouldn't suddenly make him more powerful than his 2011 self and awaken his innate powers. And we don't see that glowing eyes state ever again. It's a random one-time thing so far that was only shown after his fight with Carol
The writer's of the ep had Carol say she held back and had Maria confident in killing Thor with a nuke but not Cap Marvel. They didn't do the same for Thor.
It is clearly shown from Party Thor's attitude and behavour that he wasn't going all out in the first fight, whereas in the second fight, he took Carol more seriously because she was a pain in the ass and was about to hit her with everything he got. Maria didn't know the full context of their scuffle and only knew that CM lost despite having punches equal to 10 nukes and was still holding back
Mjolnir hit her in the head once from the back and then Thor sent her flying to England after distracting her. Cap Marvel was no selling all of his other attacks after that for the rest of the fight
Her durability doesn't change just because she is distracted. She was still struggling against and being affected by Party Thor's hits

But whatever
