Update for a King Kong's Dinosaur

This will be simple.

The Venatosaurus Tier 9-B should be removed, as it is a group tier and not an individual tier. The Venatosaurus is bigger than the Utahraptor, so they should be Tier 9-C+ at the very least, scaling from the Utahraptor.

This profile in general kind of sucks. Not only is it using a render for the video game model but the P&A is hella outdated along with the justifications bring bad.

It's closer to an Allosaurus in size so I think 9-B is fine, they're definitely a bigger threat than a Utahraptor by virtue of being notably larger and much faster.
