Update for a King Kong's Dinosaur

This will be simple.

The Venatosaurus Tier 9-B should be removed, as it is a group tier and not an individual tier. The Venatosaurus is bigger than the Utahraptor (Large Size Type 0), so they should be Tier 9-C+ at the very least, scaling from the Utahraptor.

They should also get Acrobatics and Camouflage to blend with their native environment.

This profile in general kind of sucks. Not only is it using a render for the video game model but the P&A is hella outdated along with the justifications bring bad.

It's closer to an Allosaurus in size so I think 9-B is fine, they're definitely a bigger threat than a Utahraptor by virtue of being notably larger and much faster.
