Unquantifiable nonsense or legitimate feat?

In search to find an indicator of possible Low 2-C status for the StarCraft god tiers, I found a statement by Sarah Kerriga in her Xel'naga form. She is able to "see beyond the flow of space and time." And that "All paths have led to this moment." Is this quantifiable at all? Would this be the space-time evidence that would push Amo and Kerrigan past 3-A? She also states her power is infinite multiple times, though that seems much more like a Super Buu "omnipotent" line than anything else.

I am really not sure if this is a valid statement or feat, but I would love to hear opinions.

It seems unquantifiable for the tier, but may mean some form of advanced precognition and clairvoyance.

Precog eh? Well if it means anything she then said she sees the path of countless universes, so it is consistent. How would I go about putting this into her profile properly?
