Unown's getting the nerf bat in -Speed-

Yes, but the problem here is the Unown aren't just seemingly infinite in the movie. Their implied to be that via their lore too which is everywhere. That would imply we need PIS in literally every scene with them other than the Darkrai movie just so they wont be blitzing everything. Assuming their in the mood for it and not just floating randomly around for no reason.

Then why use them so much?
There is at least 5 examples of Unown's not being infinite, likely more.
Needless to say I most often take feats than statements, if they support each other than even better, I would agree it's PIS if it was only a few times but it's everytime.
