Story: It's been 3 days since Cinner beat Kaint in the second round of the Supreme Tournament. He vividly remembered bashing his ideals into the navy blue, cat mask wearing assassin. Now for Round 3 he knew thanks to a messenger bird to meet his next opponent here, "How neat." The orange stickman found himself standing on a wide road, long enough for any trucks to safely cruise by. Besides the huge downward slope a bit ahead. Suddenly someone calls his attention from behind; looking back he sees some sort of giant frog. "H-Huh?" The laser frog commander introduced himself simply with a smile, "Hey, I'm your opponent." It was obvious to tell Cinner was confused. The Frogman elaborates, "It wasn't hard to get here. You see, I like tournaments, so I entered this thing. Just had to take out another participant." "You what?!" Cinner's tone got more serious. "Nothing to worry about," Frogman said, "I could see him in his full light, nothing redeemable." The Frogman remembered Kernel, a military unit wielding his enhanced sniper rifle he was planning to test on every other fighter, and maybe a few innocents along the way. That was enough talking for Cinner, he took out his staff and stared down the commander, ready to settle this just how they came for. Looking closer at him, the Frogman saw within someone worthy of living, "Seems you won't need to worry about that." "Yeah yeah," Cinner responded still unable to get a read on this guy, "How about we just see how this goes then?" The Frogman chuckled at that before readying himself for the fight, "No room to hold back then."

Frogman will open the fight by breathing a big amount of air (through his skin surface area), compressing it inside, and sending a few dense air bubbles in Cinner's direction from his chest (can create a bigger, second mouth there via Biological Manipulation, to shoot air bubbles from).

+Damn the story is just so well done as my own art, you described Frogman's dialogues almost better than I could, had an amazing time reading it!

Cinner would start by rushing in for a combo, but upon seeing Frogman charge something, he’d use Strong Leap to get in. He’d try to block and dodge the bubbles and slam into him.

Frogman attempts blocking Lifeline by:
  • Blood sword development - Laser Frog can draw a blood sword by hand anywhere from its own body, like katana from its case. They can use the sword for rest of the fight, even draw it back.
The draw of a sword from Frogman's shoulder could be highly unexpected since it looks like "Frogman wants to defend by hand" at first glance. While attention is on the first drawn sword, in arm shadow Frogman draws the second one from cca ribs place (with the second hand), going for a sneaky cut to divide Cinner into 2 halves.

Seeing him drop his long range to draw the sword, Cinner would drop to the ground (like how he can levitate, he can also force his descent a little) and try to flip back and extend Lifeline at him from the air for a swift move. As for the second sword, gotta hope he’s not cut by that while trying.

As I see the profile, key 1 Cinner has no Instinctive Action or similar alert system, Frogman dont hesitate on the kill to not be stomped by opponents later forms etc. But if Cinner is a really good soul inside, Frogman wouldn't kill him like that because of a mere argument, he would probably non-vitally cut him, turn around and weakly kick him with spin momentum to gain a short distance between them. Then see his reaction, and see if he gives up.

I meant the first sword. But if Cinner’s cut he would try and shake it off and see if there’s anything else Frogman will try (Key 2 btw)

It's 8-A Cinner I forgot (my apologies), Cinner could regenerate such cuts more easily then (only their age manip stacks, about 1-2 year for hit). Frogman could confuse Cinner by switching to range once more by:
  • Blood bullets - Laser Frogman can shoot its own laser blood drops from fingers as explosive bullets. Since Frogman's blood slowly regenerates, this makes L.Frog's hands "infinity" ammo supply range weapons (each droplet hit adds about 2 months).

Cinner would be forced to note his ability to switch ranges sort of like Kaint’s electric chakrams. He’d try to avoid the bullets entirely, running around the whole place and blocking only if he’s forced too, afterall wouldn’t want it to get rusted. If given the opportunity to rest, he’d tear apart the road with the force of Lifeline and launch chunks at Frogman to see what his move is there, long or short

Frogman sure would take breaks in blood machinegunning. As to how would he deal with asphalt chunks, he could probably dodge as well. Once an ideal chunk of road is launched, Frogman converts most of body to have 1 super muscle arm, jumps, catches the chunk, and with a spin midair (cca above Cinner) throws the chunk below. Frogman will charge the chunk with Damage Boost for it to do a bigger AoE impact upon hitting the surface.

Cinner would extend Lifeline towards the ground to launch himself away, noting that he needs to somehow force himself into Frogs range

As Frogman safely lands in the crater he made, he probably uses Social Influencing (as Cinner is low in the Sin-Meter), asking Cinner if all of this is necessary and if he wouldn't like more to fight in the Supreme Tournament's finale, as both of them have the best potential to get there. "I can always disappear, take out some other sinner from the different Supreme Tournament's side, and meet you there, in the finale!" (Frogman genuinely smiles with happiness as he discovers this idea)

Cinner is trying to calm himself after just escaping that fierce attack Frogman threw, listening to what he’s saying. “That does sound like a good deal.” He isn’t sure whether to keep his guard up, so he clutches onto Lifeline. “But you’re just gonna keep killing if I accept that, I’m not a fan of that idea.” He didn’t want to basically sacrifice whatever friends, foes, or otherwise he may face later on. It just wouldn’t sit well.

(was super busy yesterday qwq)

Frogman replies "No worries! Making the Supreme Tournament fair was the sole reason I joined it.... besides the fun of course. Meeting you in a match with the death-list guy was a cool coincidence. Just as the rules say, cheaters should get banned, shouldn't they?"

“Y-Yeah” Cinner says. This guys cheery attitude was something else, Cinner actually cracked a little smile talking with him.

(The question now is, how will this fight be rated if Cinner agrees to quit this, maybe fighting Frogman again in the finale. Did Frogman win (by Social Influencing), or is it Incon (because both will self-BFRs themselves as they leave the arena? Also, how would Supreme Tournament work if this actually happened?)

(I thought that would just transition into higher keys. Either way Cinner probably wouldn’t morally and he also has Supernatural Willpower to resist Frogman trying to convince him. As for the tournament I guess it would be counted as Cinner’s win then; either Frogman crashes the finale or skips himself back in how he did. It’s worth noting in the 4th round right before Finals there’s actually an odd number of participants/rounds so it could work.)

(Transition into higher keys... Cinner can jump from 8-A to High 7-C in a few days as the Supreme Tournament finishes? Anyway, we should probably finish this fight somehow)

Seeing Cinner still denying, Frogman will merge his 2 blood swords into a giant rod similar to Lifeline, radiating with energy and able to consume destroyed materials to get stronger AP (for the rod). Then Frogman starts spinning with it (consuming parts of the road broken by the throw earlier) as he walks towards Cinner to get a result of one of them getting knocked unconscious over 1 hour (losing).

(Yeah it’s like 15 days with 3 day intervals and a 1 day before the finale which Cinner dedicates to training. His accelerated development plus the exposure to such strong fighters while he was prior just with his grandpa and whatever warriors he brought including Kaint who in the main timeline not shown here trains Cinner makes him get far stronger.)

Cinner kicks himself back into gear. Using the range he gained from leaping away from the rock he launches a sizable chunk of the road up before leaping off of it and going for Shield Piercer. He uses the momentum gained flying through the air with Lifeline increased to thousands of degrees to hopefully hold back Frogman and destabilize his blood rod (blood can evaporate at 212 F)

Frogman dodges to the side (dodging the chunk of the road) and then blocks Shield Piercer Lifeline with his rod. As Frogman blood is more of a 'magic medium' than blood (the blood in Frogman itself holds thousands of Celsius energy), it actually gains little energy by heat incoming. Frogman then attempts to slam into Lifeline from below and throw a kick into Cinner's stomach (leg is covered in sharp hard bones thanks to Biological Manipulation).

This is screwy, seeing no way to dodge, Cinner is launched into the air and goes to make the most of it with one Metal Crush, coming down with great acceleration from his anti levitation, this time just with plain Lifeline without any heat enhancements to do some damage and crush Frogman to make leeway to safely land.

Frogman tries to dodge (bursting the rest of the compressed air from the fight start to make dodge faster), but due to speed and Cinner's experience in this attack, Cinner still manages to do a large scar on Frogman dashing away.

"I will be sure to remember this attack" Frogman says while consuming large amounts of air to have 'more power for faster dodges'. Frogman awaits the next Cinner move, being ready with blood rod spinning in hand.

“Think you can wield it like me?” He’s ready to try Frogman out, certain that he’s at least somewhat exhausted his methods of attack. The pain in his gut from being sliced by that kick earlier barely manages to distract him. With a cry he rushes straight up with a jumping swing. Either Frogman is knocked back or he tries to dodge to which Cinner extends Lifeline to catch him off his guard.

Frogman blocks with the blood rod spinning movement (now stopped to neutralize the blow), also releasing air from the back of the hand to add opposite force. They are now both set at rod melee combat, set on knocking out the other first.

Cinner has more experience in this, along with extending Lifeline, yet Frogman has many tricks to compensate for it. Frogman can cause unexpected blows (as he can swing through his own body, blood rod flies through mostly blood body section Frogman prepares). Frogman can also swap his brain with less important organs before imminent hit (biological manip) and create bone protections (with good damage reduction) to get passed out from impacts later than Cinner. The damage boost (from Frogman's inner blood energy) used on the rod can cause more powerful hits to Cinner's head. With all this combined, Frogman will have the upper hand, unless Cinner has more tricks to show.

Cinner had a plan in case Frogman managed to block. He extends Lifeline straight for his stomach, creating distance and making contact before letting Lifeline’s shortening carry him right in front of Frogman for a jab to the stomach, hit to the chin, and swing to the body. Upon sending Frogman back, he goes for Lightning Breaker, extending Lifeline in the air for a spin attack before a slam which will carry him behind Frogman for more.

Cinner still has his ability to freely bend his spine for dodges or maybe increased force to do something new to trip up Frogman in this close combat and avoid hits. He also has the superior acrobatic skills to tag him and break down the defenses overtime. Even if he swaps his organs, enough blows all over his body should stack up.

As Frogman has consumed the air before, he can make quick movements (as a speed stat amp) by releasing air from various body places. Having quick reactions, Frogman can catch the end of an extending Lifeline with left empty hand, shoot numerous blood droplets in it, and crush it while rusted, making 1 end of Lifeline broken and weakened. The broken end now hitting his chin will do less damage and send Frogman lower.

While Cinner gets behind Frogman, it is an ideal situation for Frogman to create an enormous mouth in place gonna be hit, bite Lifeline stabbed halfway inside, and attempt eating it whole for EXP (it could be deconstructed by powerful stomach acids of Frogman). As for how Frogman knows where to be hit, creating another pair of eyes in the backside is no problem for Biological Manipulation.

+Yeah, while skin/bone damage reduction combined with High-Low regen will largely slow the process down, stage 1 actually can be beaten into unconsciousness with dozens of stacked blows.

Lifeline being damaged like that would be a massive hinderance for Cinner, he wouldn’t have much besides his physical strength and determination. Though I’m wondering just where this Frogman’s LS lies for actually grabbing it like that because it goes Class 25 to E. There’s also the fact Lifeline would pull Cinner within just 2 seconds and he’d have added force with it snapping back to normal size. He would be attacking as soon as possible, I’m unsure if the speed amp is that great where Frogman can discard his blood rod, use enough blood to rust Lifeline, and crush it that quickly while dealing with Cinner himself.

As for LS, 'Class 25' is suited for 9-B AP base Frogman, which is technically even under stage 1. 8-A is the ideal AP range for stage1, being 5x AP tiers above 9-B. So the LS should be 'Class K / Class M' (3-4x tiers above 'Class 25', as Frogman can boost the strength with red laser energy circulating in his blood).

As Frogman grabbed the Lifeline, he could spam numerously more age manipulation into it than just with the ranged droplets, rusting at least the Lifeline end in 1 second, the 2nd second crushing it into rust dust (Frogman could damage boost his arm grip to do so, if rusted Lifeline is more dense than steel).

Alright so he does all that, Cinner would fall for the mouth and try to resist Lifeline being eaten whole, kicking Frogman’s back to yank it away

Frogman sees a great opportunity to defeat Cinner without killing him (as he is kind), so using the back vision, he grabs the halfway "eaten" Lifeline with both arms, trying to bend it as much as possible while forcing it into the mouth. Frogman also covers his back (with the exception of his mouth) with several layers of damage-reduction bones and muscles (to somehow tank kicks with). Shooting 'Tongue heat transferal' from the back mouth directly at Cinner will further motivate him to dodge and let go of Lifeline.

“Damn it!” Losing Lifeline is the very last thing Cinner would want, but he’s put against insurmountable odds here. Still, he plants his feet and pulls before being forced to let go by bones and the tongue piercing through him.

Though I’m wondering how effective heat transferal would be, Cinner could resist Kernel shooting him with blue (though it’s closer to cyan) light which is roughly 10000 Kelvin or 9726.85 Celsius to the point where it made a small hole instead of piercing all the way through him. Cinner would not let go willingly even if he’s pierced through.

Yeah, I agree the tongue shouldn't do much damage, Cinner can recover the "hole from heat". Before he pulled the Lifeline out, Frogman managed to snap it in half (with sharp teeth) and bend + corrode the part he held with his hands (the end of 1/2 Lifeline Cinner now has). "Mhh, delicate this meal was", Frogman being happy with how much EXP the half of Lifeline gave him.

Frogman swiftly turns, and before he falls to the ground, he sends another, now stronger shower of 'Blood bullets' along with 'dense air bubbles' (his back mouth swaps for a chest one) half a meter under the direction where Cinner is falling (so he can hardly dodge). If Cinner starts levitating, half of the bullets will be aimed at him the next second.

As his consciousness starts slipping, Cinner does his best to defend himself in some way with the half of Lifeline he still has before falling. He would probably opt for tucking into a ball to at least mitigate how much blood is hitting him and defend Lifeline

The spine-bend and acrobatics could let Cinner have way less surface area. Yet what if Frogman just aims at the "falling ball" then (a little below it for critical hits)? The blood bullets are now greatly boosted (by the consumed lifeline and road chunks), causing more damage and age manipulation (+10 months with every droplet hit).

Don’t think age manipulation is affecting Cinner too much (he’s 17-18 here). Still he’d probabaly be full of holes by now, couple that with Lifeline being severely damaged. He would reach the ground and be struggling just to stand if even

Despite Frogman could be beaten to loss if not careful enough (the stretching Lifeline along acrobatics is a good win coin), I don't think there is much to do for Cinner in this state. Frogman will still not underestimate Cinner's willpower and aims to somehow knock out Cinner by stealth hit to the neck (the blood rod along with wind-boosted quick movements could be practical on it), to get weakened Cinner passing out over an hour.

Cinner would stand up and wait for Frogman’s move, not wanting to lose any more blood, holding his side in one hand and his part of Lifeline in the other. His staff is more like a baton at this point but he could still be lethal with it.

Are blood bullets piercing, it says they explode on the profile. If not Cinner would just be holding Lifeline

Well, the blood bullets still hold energy within, releasing it in the form of a small explosion upon landing, also causing the age manip.

"Look how you ended up, trying to win against a Frogman... isn't this the best moment to let go of the win for once?" Yet Frogman knows Cinner won't give up before passing out. Using the tongue to strike unexpectedly and pierce through corroded Lifeline, quickly wrapping it and bringing it into Frogman's mouth could be the best next move, further weakening Cinner.

Cinner is on his guard, he moves his free hand to grab the tongue, gripping down on it, even if it manages to pierce through his hand. He moves in for a frontal assault to beat Frogman down. He’s already gotten this far, and he wants the win. Cinner is skilled in using both his hands, though he prefers the left so he could switch Lifeline to the other to execute this plan.
