Remember that in UT magic works fine against Flowey who is soulless as well.

It's still something made from her magic though. If magic in Undertale affects also soulless stuff, shown from indirect stuff like KR too, Green Mode works just fine.

It is diferent sinse It's status effect inducment thathas only been show to afect the soul, even make It green, and sinse there is a cannonic green human soul It's probable more belivable to be a thing that only afect souls

Marauder dodges and blocks everything, his shield no sells BFG shots which can quickly blow up the Marauder with just it's tendrils in a short amount of time
Shield comes up instantly so he doesn't have to worry about doing so in time

I fail to see how Marauder doesn't just run up to her, dodge and block everything and just cleave her with his axe. Since she can't oneshot him back, he can literally afford to take tons of hits from her spears due to his immortality type 2 and durability advantage.

UT game mechanics makes monsters not dodge, but she trained with asgore that by her own words "dodge every single one of my atacks" so she is trained to be a dodge fighter.... we don't considere stomps thanks to what a character would do in character, only based on their habilities

This is legit a big load of bullshit because you're abusing game mechanics. Both Undertale/Deltarune characters can perfectly dodge even in lore, stop acting like Sans is the only one smart enough to do that, Christ.
