Ganon - with the full triforce

Majoras Mask- Final Form

Full Triforce Ganondorf has theoretically unlimited power to remake and destroy all the alternate dimensions surrounding hyrule, such as the dark world, etc.

I doubt Sans would go after Link, as he's pretty unambiguously a hero. He'd probably go straight for Demise, who is the literal embodiment of evil.
