Undertale Monsters Downgrade + Additional abilities for many characters

I made the ≈ on purpose to make it more readable under conventional numbers.
Also, I think monsters whose stats are 2-17 should be High 8-C+ and not "At most High 8-C+"
When the Flowey calc was 8-B (17.78 Tons of TNT) it was only 1.616 times bigger than Baseline 8-B,
but now the feat is 7.28 Tons of TNT, which is 3.64 times bigger than the Baseline High 8-C, so I think these monsters should be only High 8-C

0-1: Small Building Level (sad)
2 and beyond: High 8-C+
Full power of Human Soul: 7-C

What do you think?

No .

"At most" is always used to determine a significant downscale, just like "At least" is used for upscales.

By this logic we'd have to remove "At least" by Asgore, Toriel and Undying because they're not reaching the next tier.

At most should remain because it's how the Wiki works.

Ok then

Literally everything points at Flowey doing that, give more evidence outside "I don't think so".
I'm not sure if there's anything suggesting Flowey moved the elevator by himself instead of using the elevator's function as an elevator (it should be able to go from the lab to New Home due to how elevators Underground work)
🗿

Sounds hyperbolic but given the size of the backgrounds of New Home and Hotland, I'd argue that's ok for the number to be nerfed to 2000.
Okay

The elevator abnormally moved super fast then we see vines wrapped around the door.

Occam's razor says it's Flowey.

Ok so...

7.28 * 2000 = 14560 Tons/14.56 Kilotons, which is 7-C

However, I don't think that assuming that all the monsters being that high is a good indicator because we see more monsters other than the ones we fight, and some are 9-A on top of that (Sans, Jerry and Alphys), so what to do? Assuming a 50/50 between 9-A and High 8-C+ monsters:
  • 0.008803 * 1000 = 8.803 Tons
  • 7.28 * 1000 = 7280 Tons
  • 8.803 + 7280 = 7287.803 Tons or ≈ 7.29 Kilotons
Still 7-C. Up to the staff to decide which end to use.
Which end works best (assuming the 12000 multiplier doesn't work given those are ratings instead of viewers, but there's a confirmed number of 2000+)?
The current additions seem fine to me.
