I agree but there is some abilites that might get here (not sure) :

-Weapon Creation (Many monsters had shown to be able to create magical attacks weapons) multiple monsters had shown to have that ability and logically Monsters that can create other magical things (magical attacks) should be able to also create weapons if they want to
-Resistance to extrem cold and extrem heat (Multiple monsters had shown to be just fine under the heat and the coldness of Hotland and Snowdine including even monsters that do not live in those places (Snowdrake father and Sans where fine in hotland as an exemple) and long ago monsters should get pass Snowdine and Hotline when they move the capital from the Ruines to the current one). Anyway it should be noted that ability isn't for all monsters but to most of them as there is people like Ice Cap shouldn't get the resistance to heat
-So Sorry had mention that her friends have higher EXP and LOVE than her, of course her friends can be nothing other than monsters, therefor monsters should get the ability to gather EXP and LV up, but not sure what ability is that

resistance to cold and heat makes sense, but creating magic weapons feels more like a technique that certain monsters have learned and mastered rather than just something that every monster can do but some just don't because of preference

also makes sense, and that would be accelerated development through leveling, but can you provide scans for so sorry saying that?

I don't know about Undertale and the OP fails to provide scans on some of the odder claims (characters being magic rather than physical matter).

I'd also like to know context behind "most" monsters for Danmaku. If they don't all do it, then surely it isn't a physiological thing, aye?

Now that I think about it, while the majority of Undertale characters use Danmaku, some of them like Froggit and most of the fodder monsters pretty much just use one or two projectiles. I guess danmaku could be left out of the page.

I think you could maybe add Creation (kind of the basis of their magic) or Natural Weaponry.

What about resistance to matter manipulation the whole reason they become dust and don't have determination is that they are mostly made of magic.
