Understanding Outerversal Characters/Objects

I have some difficulty understanding the nature of outerversal characters. It is my understanding that a character or object qualifies for this level if and only if it is not restricted by any spatiotemporal dimensions (correct me if this is wrong). So, is it kind of analogous to an "abstract object" in metaphysics? I was also wondering what powers characters of this level must posess. I know that at this point, attack power is impossible to quantify, but are there certain qualitative features that outerverse level attack potency necessarily has? For example, do all characters of this level posess advanced forms of conceptual manipulation? Can they actually destroy entire concepts? Also, are characters of this level still bound by metaphysical possibility even though (obvoiusly) not physical possibility?

I'll try to help as much as I can, but Outversal is confusing for me too.

Yes, they are metaphysical, because they transcend every mathematical and physical rule, being beyond dimensional space itself. I do not know if they can manipulate concepts as a default ability, but it's quite likely because they are basically concepts in their purest form. I do think that manipulating Outversal structures is basically concept manipulation at its absolute apex.

What do you mean with "metaphysical possibility"?

Ok thanks, that helps. And about metaphysical possiblity, I mean can outerversal characters do something like bring about their own existence (that is generally considered metaphysically impossible)? I'm assuming yes because as I understand they are all acausal.

About the manipulation of outerversal structures and concepts: So could an outerversal character destroy another (lower level) character not only by obliterating them from all of space and time, but by destroying the possibility of that character's existence itself?

Yes, they can, to all of that. They can destroy and manipulate things like space, time, and concepts by default, and are beyond all describable possibility.

Erasing the possibility of a character's existence is possible for lower tier characters too, it'd just be much better when a 1-A's doing it.

Well, since the question has been answered, I will close this thread.
