Underdog vs Saitama

Well, now that a few upgrades have happened for my favorite cartoon dog that didn't debut in a comic, I can do this match. Speed is equalized for...obvious reasons (MFTL+ vs SubRel+). Underdog sees Saitama's bald head and thinks Simon Barsinister in a younger body. Saitama is mad that Underdog came to that decision. Both square off. Underdog can't use his atomizing eyes, as it could very well just be x-ray vision.

The one thing keeping me from making a decicion here is Underdog's AP...

"Defeated Overcat, who threatened to destroy the Earth. Casually moved the Earth back to its position by the sun, and tilted the Earth's axis back into place."

Since when did threats to do something make AP true on a profile and when did moving something give AP as well?

The Kinetic Energy of moving planets often generate much higher results than Planet level, usually in between the Planet - Star range depending on the speed, for example I calculated HIM to be Small Star level for casually overpowering the Earths Kinetic Energy.

He's "At least 5-B" for now since we're struggling to find a clip of said feat.

I'm just going to shove a vote on underdog here. he clearly is a bit miss tiered due to a lack of information. but regaurdless. he is obviously way above saitama via feats. and such. pretty much on another level really.
