Uncountably infinite 4-D power and finite 5-D power

So I know tier High 2-A is reserved for either 5-D characters or those who can destroy an uncountably infinite number of spacetime continuums. According to the page, characters who can destroy an uncountably infinite number of spacetime continuums may also be assigned this tier, since their geometrical 5-D size can be higher than zero. Are we considering an uncountably infinite amount of 4-D power to be analogous to some degree of 5-D power, or are these separate divisions of the tier?

going by the context, its more of the former, in that uncountably infinity 4D power (i.e. all real numbers) can cause their 5th dimension to be greater than 0.
