I have a feeling Plushtrap has an edge. Sure, he's tiny, but he isn't literally mouse-sized and can therefore squish Pecos.

Okay, so:

Plushtrap cannot hurt Pecos due to literallt taking a frying pan and not being a bit phased. Basically, he'd go through Plushtrap's foot if Plushtrap tried to squish him. Also, Pecos should be tougher for beating up Tom.
